The PEP Partnership is active in two areas of transport, traffic and parking consultancy.
Foreign Registered vehicles
We provide programme management and influencing services through the SPARKS Network, an association of local authorities and others concerned with the issues of traffic enforcement across national borders.
Off-street Parking
We also provide independent advice to parking management companies on issues concerning the British Parking Association's Approved Operator Scheme as well as related legal areas about off-street parking. We publish the "Get Legal" newsletter for this sector.
